    Job Description Summary

    This role provides critical leadership of planning the capital structure of GE HealthCare and supports leadership in determining and achieving its financial strategy and capital deployment priorities. The work of this role will help safeguard the company's liquidity, optimize capital structure and cost of capital, and support shareholder value. This is a highly visible role that provides critical insights to leadership, collaborates with multiple functions internally, and engages with external stakeholders including investment banking advisors and credit rating agencies.

    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    + Provide recommendations to leadership on optimal deployment of free cash flow and strategies for raising new capital

    + Own the capital planning model for the company which includes key capital structure metrics such as WACC, leverage ratios, interest coverage ratio, enterprise value & implied equity value

    + Lead engagement with credit rating agencies and credit-related dialogue with investment community through relevant financial analytics

    + Partner with Group FP&A, BD, and Business Treasury teams to keep the capital planning and credit rating models updated with latest business plans

    + Design and implement a process for reviewing organic and inorganic investments and making funding recommendations

    + Identify opportunities to optimize Interest Expense by supporting funding strategies, net investment hedging, etc.

    + Continuously challenge the status quo by making new recommendations and communicating complex financial topics to senior leadership with clarity and conviction

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

    + 10 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance

    Desired Characteristics

    + MBA or a master's degree in a related field

    + Relevant certifications (CFA, CPA, or CTP) preferred

    + Exposure to capital structure and corporate finance, including deep experience with financial modeling

    + Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills

    + Ability to manage multiple high priorities and high visibility deliverables

    + Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link business strategy, operations, and financials

    + Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situation

    For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $170,544.00-$255,816.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). GE HealthCare offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
