    •​Within Azure Data, the Microsoft Fabric platform team builds and maintains the operating system and provides customers with a unified data stack to run an entire data estate. The platform provides a unified experience, unified governance, enables a unified business model and a unified architecture. ​

    •​The Fabric Partner team is responsible for building the partner ecosystem for Microsoft Fabric, covering Data Integration, Analytics, Real-Time Intelligence, Power BI and including SQL.

    Responsibilities

    •​• Develop partner motions tailored to onboard, enable and activate System Integrators (SIs) and Software Development Companies (SDCs). Define clear partner gives and gets. Ensure the motions align with Microsoft’s overall business objectives and product roadmap for Microsoft Fabric.

    • Collaborate with internal teams and strategic partners to build / Consolidate Microsoft Fabric migration and modernization content (best practice), re-usable assets, tools, accelerators and partner led customer success stories.

    • Work cross-functionally with internal teams, including Global Partner Solutions (GPS) and Partner Cloud Solution Architects (CSA) and Marketing teams, to ensure alignment and effective execution of partner initiatives.

    • Collaborate with leadership to define program Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), streamline operations (tracking and reporting), run quarterly cadence with product team to provide product improvement inputs.

    • Create and manage v-team comprising of System Integrators (SI) partner resources (architects and developers) to provide pre-sales support to field led opportunities for Microsoft Fabric.

    • Develop and deliver regional and global partner enablement and training workshops, events.

    • Track partner feedback that identifies industry trends, opportunities, and challenges, potential gaps and areas of opportunity within product.

    • Deliver quarterly regional/global field enablement call to create awareness about the migration motions, partner solution/offering, partner led win stories.

    • Ensure all partner offerings and activities comply with Microsoft’s policies and standards.

    Qualifications

    Required/Minimum Qualifications

    + ​​Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 8+ years experience in SI and Software Development Companies (SDC) partner ecosystem strategy and joint Go-To-Market (GTM) planning and execution, or managing partner funding programs​.

    Other Requirements

    Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check:

     

    + This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

    Preferred/Additional Qualifications

    + ​​Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 12+ years experience in relevant technical domain (e.g., cloud services, security), technical sales, marketing, product management, customer support, or cross-group/cross-functional engineering

    + OR equivalent experience.

    + 2+ years experience in building and executing modernization and migration programs.

     

    Partner Enablement Program Mgmt IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
