    What You’ll Do

     

    + Be the friendly face who assists residents with daily living activities, making their days brighter and easier.

    + Provide personalized care across our continuum of services, ensuring every resident feels valued and supported.

    + Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions, playing a key role in their well-being.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you should possess:

    + A current Geriatric Nursing Assistant (GNA) certification

    + A high school diploma or equivalent

    + Ability to work independently

    + Team player mentality

    + Passion for serving older adults

    + Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to caregiving

    + Physical stamina to perform hands-on care tasks

    + Previous experience working with elderly patients is preferred but not required

    Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour based on experience
