Key responsibilities:

+ Operate machinery and equipment on the production line to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.

+ Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production processes to maintain safety and quality.

+ Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

+ Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications and skills:

+ Experience working in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.

+ Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues as they arise.

+ Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards.

+ Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

+ Good communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues.

The typical hiring range for this role is $24.68 - $28.39 per hour and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications. This position may also be eligible for a shift differential and/or overtime.
