    Job Title: Psych CNA/Patient Care Technician

     

    Contract Duration: 16 weeks

    Openings:

    + 1st Shift - 6:45a-3:15p

    + 2nd Shift - 2:45p-11:15p

    + 3rd Shift - 10:45p-7:15a

     

    Pay Rate: $20/HR

     

    Start Date: ASAP

     

    Job Description: We are seeking dedicatedand compassionate Psych CNAs/Patient Care Technicians to join our team at afacility in Black Mountain, NC. This is a 16-week contract position withopenings for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts. The ideal candidates will have experiencein psychiatric care and be committed to providing high-quality support topatients.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assist patients with daily activities and personal care

    + Monitor and report changes in patient health

    + Provide support and care to psychiatric patients

    + Collaborate with healthcare team members

    + Maintain accurate patient records

    Requirements:

    + Valid CNA certification in North Carolina (some positions available for unlicensed candidates)

    + Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in psychiatric care

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to work in a challenging environment
