    + Start Date is ASAP thru 6/30 with possible extension or Locums to Perm

    + Location: Gresham, OR

    + Specialty: Family Medicine, Primary Care ages 2

    + + Schedule: M-F 7am-3:30PM

    + Patient Volume: 7-10 ppd

    + Collab Physician required for provider, Can compensate collab physician

    + EMR: Athena

    Requirements:

    + 2 year minimum relatable experience required

    + Board Certified

    + DEA

    + BLS

    Compensation:

    + Pay: By phone discussion only

    + Weekly paychecks

    + Benefits available

    + Malpractice insurance covered 100%
