    BAE Systems is looking for an experienced Information Technology (IT) Subject Matter Expert at a Senior levelto join a strong team supporting our government customer. This position will provide the ability to make a significant impact to the mission.

     

    The IT Subject Matter Expert shall provide expert level support for the architecture, design, implementation and maintenance of IT systems, platforms and applications.

     

    **Key Responsibilities** :

    + Provide technical oversight of solutions, conduct code reviews, provide expert guidance on architecture.

    + Proactively provide recommendations to manage technical debt.

    + Recommend and lead innovations and serve in roles such as Enterprise/Systems/Solution Architect in a Scaled Agile environment.

    + Recommend development and DevSecOps practices and ensure adherence to practice through reviews.

    + Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, guiding the team through technical challenges and ensuring alignment with sprint goals.

    + Contribute to the refinement of user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that the team understands and delivers on technical requirements within the agile framework.

    + Responsible for technical guidance, ensuring the quality and consistency of deliverables produced by the contract team.

    Required Education, Experience, & Skills

    + 8 Years experience with SharePoint including SharePoint Server version and SharePoint Online

    + 5 Years experience with Power Platform

    + 2 Years experience with ActiveDocs

    + ITIL V4 Foundation

    + Certification in Power Platform

    + At least one cloud fundamentals certification

    + Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals

    + Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals

     

    Pay Information

     

    Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603

     

    Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
