    Description and Requirements

     

    The HRIS Sr Specialist will join our Global HRIS team to provide tier 2 support for Workday HCM for North America, Latin America and EMEA regions. In this role you will partner with the HR Service Center, HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence to collaboratively troubleshoot, research and resolve production issues. Key areas of support will include payroll, benefits, EIBs, Security and HCM. In addition, this role will partner with senior HRIS project team members to support Workday optimization projects to further leverage best practices and new functionality. You will need to demonstrate exceptional organizational and analytical skills, close attention to detail, and strong problem solving skills to determine root causes of technical problems with the ability to document effectively, escalate appropriately, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

    Key Areas of Responsibility

    + Provide tier 2 support for Workday HCM and Benefits for North America, Latin America and EMEA regions

    + Provide resolutions or recommendations on production issues to meet Service Level Agreements.

    + Provide daily support for Workday Payroll for US and Canada to include monitoring/schedulingintegrations, creating/updating pay codes and troubleshooting issues

    + Provide support for Workday Payroll Integration for Latin America and EMEA

    + Complete year-end Workday Payroll setup

    + Working with third party vendor for new payroll integrations deployment (setting up test cases, reviewing and troubleshooting)

    + Provide support for mass data upload (EIB) requests.

    + Provide support on additional projects as assigned

    Basic Requirements

    + 1+ years of proven hands-on working experience of HCM, Security, Payroll and Benefits

    + Bachelor's degree in Information System, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience

    Preferred Requirements

    + 1+ years of proven hands-on working experience of **Workday** HCM, Security, Payroll and Benefits

    + Good team player and can develop good working relationships with cross-functional teams.

    + Good organizational skills, communication skills and time management.

    + Good learning ability and working attitude
