WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a HR Service Center Coordinator. In this role, the HR Service Center Coordinator will be responsible for establishing high level customer service and fostering a positive employee experience. They will impact the positive employee experience by communicating with all levels of the organization, being involved in the delivery of employee webinars and communications, possess the ability to troubleshoot and resolve employee issue as well as provide proactive solutions for our employees.

Responsibilities:

+ Managing incoming employee benefit, compensation, and employment inquiries through phone and email, and ensure consistent, timely and excellent customer service.

+ Key contributor in employee day one on-boarding process, including new hire orientation

+ Accurate and timely employment related data entry, and creation of data review and audit programs

+ Coordinate the leave of absence and unemployment programs

+ Maintain personnel files in accordance with Federal and state guideline

+ Execute employment communications, inclusion of promotion, termination, compensation change documentation.

+ High level of collaboration with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HRIS, Payroll and HR Business Partners

+ Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, vendors, co-workers and management.

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required:

+ Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or relevant experience.

+ Bilingual Spanish & English written & oral

+ Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks, while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.

+ Familiarity with Federal and State employment law

+ Proven organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands

+ Ability to work calmly and flexibly in order to respond to multiple changing business priorities

+ Outstanding communicator in both verbally and in writing

+ High level of customer service

+ Detail and results-oriented self-starter with ability to work independently
