As the Sales Support Specialist, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure system efficiency of resources and features, along with other integrated tools. As the position holder, you will work to support Sales teams to coordinate administrative tasks, samples, and demos.

About Us: Join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of excellence and innovation. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Specialist to manage demos, samples, and ensure seamless operations within our sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage demos and samples, ensuring timely tracking and follow-up for completion and utilization.

+ Coordinate service and availability of demo equipment efficiently.

+ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on processes, policies, application configurations, and related materials.

+ Respond to Quality questions and Certificates requests promptly.

+ Prepare documents and gather information for tender submissions.

+ Manage the licensing community, including user roles, profiles, security, assignments, and account ownership.

+ Collaborate with Sales Representatives and Specialists to complete technical aspects of tender applications.

+ Ensure data integrity of sales management data, maintaining accuracy and cleanliness.

+ Support the development and creation of reports, custom report types, dashboards, and processes.

+ Conduct training sessions to drive user adoption and ensure sales processes are implemented and followed.

+ Participate in continuous improvement exercises.

+ Assist in maintaining customer data in SAP and CRM systems.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma/GED with 5+ years of industry experience or Associate’s degree with 3+ years’ experience.

+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred (open to new college graduates).

+ 2+ years of work experience in Sales or support roles is highly desirable.

+ Experience with Salesforce.com and SAP CRM is preferred.

+ Proven ability to collaborate across teams and territories.

+ Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing business needs.

+ Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.

+ Strong communication skills.

+ Good technical knowledge of CRM platforms and best practices.

+ Experience supporting mobile tools deployments and administration.
