Requirements:

Must be able to type 50+ WMP, work flexible hours, dependable, professional customer service skills, experience with office equipment, personal computer, copier, fax, scanner, calculator and fax machine.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Answer phone calls, faxes and emails pertaining to customer questions

+ Take pickup requests

+ Enter rate requests on behalf of customers

+ Investigate all overages, shortages and damages to determine the cause and responsibility so that future occurrences may be prevented

+ Reimburse customers for damage to or loss of freight through claim process

+ Perform other work related duties as requested
