Role Overview

**Sodexo** is seeking a **Custodial Operations Manager 2** at **Pembroke Hill School** in **Kansas City, MO.** Reporting to the Facilities Director, this manager will have responsibility for aiding in day-to-day custodial operations at the school. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools and college campuses. Joining us at one of our school sites means fostering healthy learning environments and positively influencing the students’ well-being and performance.

What You'll Do

+ Oversee day-to-day operations of custodial services within the district;

+ ensure a clean, focus on safety, safe environment throughout campus for all students, faculty, employees and guests;

+ develop staffing schedules;

+ have knowledge of payroll and ordering supplies;

+ hire, train and develop a strong team, including safety training, use of equipment including but not limited to wet/dry vacuums, extractors, buffers, sprayers, auto scrubbers and electric carts;

+ demonstrate a willingness to perform at a high level in a team environment with a desire for career advancement.

What You Bring

+ experience driving customer service satisfaction;

+ strong leadership skills and can work independently to drive program compliance while providing employee reviews and feedback;

+ a strong working knowledge of cleaning standards, cleaning chemicals, floor care, high-touch cleaning, etc;

+ a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Minimum Management Experience - 2 years

Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
