What You Will Do
The Marketing Manager for CeraVe US is responsible for driving brand growth and market share by developing innovative strategies and go-to-market plans for both new launches and core businesses with executional excellence for the acne and baby franchises. As well as the brand liaison with key retail accounts, Target & Dollar channel.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Acne and baby Franchise Lead: execute national marketing plan and lead activations to build core, strategic segments for the brand.
+ Work intimately with agency partners and cross-functional Media and Brand Engagement teams to create and execute breakthrough consumer communications in all touchpoints to drive best-in-class go-to-market plans
+ Work with sales team and retailers to gain / improve distribution and assortment and ensure seamless execution of marketing strategy in the retail environment
+ Proactively conduct market research and uncover insights to inform franchise strategy, including ongoing evaluation of the competitive landscape
+ Partner with medical team to implement strategies that will gain share of recommendations
+ Own and manage forecasting and business performance, as well as production plans, tracking any opportunities and risks that could impact business
+ Partner with global and serve as the lead on innovation in the US, influence product development and claims to optimize launches for the US market
+ Target & Dollar Channel Brand Support: assist in leading marketing efforts and act as the liaison between brand and national account director
+ Ensure customer strategy and programs align with national brand objectives and product focuses
+ Work closely with national account director to drive strategic programs and initiatives to grow business and meet budget
+ Lead creative execution of customer marketing initiatives including print, digital, and POS materials
+ Represent brand at meetings with Walmart account
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ 4+ years of Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or related marketing/brand management experience.
+ Marketing experience to include strategy development, consumer insight generation, direct to consumer advertising, consumer promotion and integrated marketing communications development. A deep understanding of consumer centricity and omni-channel activations are a must.
+ Systems proficiency (i.e. Nielsen, Excel, PowerPoint, Word & DPM)
+ Strong data analysis skills– i.e. competitive, US market, sales
+ Excellent communication skills with ability to present effectively, foster open communication, listening effectively to others and prepare effective written communications and presentations.
+ Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships across functional areas of the business.
+ Strong execution skills and attention to detail.
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
+ Ability to manage the performance and develop the appropriate skills of others, which should include encouraging diversity of thinking while motivating and coaching others.
+ Up to 15% travel may be required for this role with potential of overnight stays.

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range : $98,400- $140,200 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
