**Pay Rate:** $41.97 – $46.55 per hour

**Schedule:** 40 Hours/Week

PDS Tech Commercial is seeking an experienced **Administrator Construction Manager** to oversee critical **Outside Plant (OSP)** fiber-optic infrastructure projects. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of construction efforts—driving quality, safety, and efficiency to support growing network needs across the region.

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

+ Supervise OSP construction activities and contractor performance

+ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, budget, and design specifications

+ Coordinate with municipalities, utility companies, and internal departments

+ Manage project materials, timelines, and accurate documentation

+ Lead pre- and post-construction inspections and monitor expenditures

+ Investigate and report plant damage and oversee resolution processes

+ Utilize industry tools including the JIM (Joint Infrastructure Management) process

+ Represent the project in permitting and public right-of-way discussions

What You Bring: Qualifications

Required:

+ Minimum 5 years of combined **OSP construction and splicing** experience

+ Strong knowledge of **OSP standards, unit descriptions, SSP contracts** , and **safety regulations**

+ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

+ Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and lift moderate weights

+ Flexibility for overtime, rotating on-call shifts, and occasional overnight travel

+ Valid **driver’s license** required

Preferred:

+ Familiarity with **Work Zone Protection (WZP)** and **Traffic Control Plans (TCP)**

+ Proficient in construction documentation, cost tracking, and material management systems

**Pay Details:** $41.97 to $46.55 per hour
