    **Job Type:** Full-Time | Consultant (6-Month Contract) | Contract-to-Hire

    **Schedule:** Monday – Friday | First Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

    **Pay Rate:** $26.26 per hour

     

    _This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).     What You’ll Be Doing

    + Calibrate instruments and equipment to ensure compliance with technical standards and specifications

    + Test the accuracy of instruments and make adjustments as required

    + Perform data entry, documentation, and reporting on calibration results

    + Work from established guidelines and instructions under close supervision

    + Maintain quality and safety standards in a clean, ESD-controlled lab environment

    + Use Microsoft Office tools to track and manage calibration records

    + Participate in a collaborative, fast-paced team focused on high reliability and precision

     

    What You’ll Need to Bring

    Required Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or GED

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office

    + Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset

    + Ability to perform light lifting (10–15 lbs. with minimal repetition)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Some college coursework in engineering, electronics, or technology

    + Familiarity with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) procedures or environments

    + 0–1 year of experience in calibration, electronics testing, or similar technical role
