    Responsibilities:

    + Prepare and deliver quarterly presentations during retirement committee meetings.

    + Input Retirement Plan Data into the Retirement Plan Advisory Group’s software program. This will include but not limited to, Asset by Fund Statements, Proper Total Plan Cost Analysis, Plan Demographic Data, and Legislative and Legal Reviews.

    + Establish and Manage Client Relationships.

    + This will include building professional relationships with Retirement Committee members and answer any questions they might have.

    + Work directly with our record keeping partners and assist with managing our client’s retirement plan programs. This will include but not limited to, ensuring our clients submit their annual compliance questionnaire, review plan nondiscrimination testing results, and ensuring our clients file their IRS form 5500 and (if required) employee benefit audit.

    + Pre-sale presentations

    + Work as part of the team who will deliver point of sale presentations to prospects.

    + Onsite group educational workshops

    + Create and deliver group retirement plan workshops to retirement client employees. This will include 1 on 1 employee consultations.

    + Serve as the primary point of contact for plan sponsors, participants, and internal stakeholders.

    + Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.

    + Conduct periodic reviews to ensure client goals are being met and offer tailored recommendations for improvement.

    + Act as a trusted advisor, delivering expert guidance on retirement plan design, compliance, and participant engagement strategies.

    + Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retirement services market.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, leveraging networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

    + Collaborate with internal teams to craft customized proposals and solutions for prospective clients.

    + • Meet or exceed sales targets by expanding Cambridge Trust’s retirement plan offerings to new and existing clients.

    + Delivering Presentations

    + Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to plan sponsors, participants, and prospective clients.

    + Communicate complex retirement plan concepts in a clear and engaging manner to diverse audiences.

    + Conduct educational workshops and webinars to promote retirement plan benefits and encourage participant enrollment.

    + Represent Cambridge Trust at industry conferences, seminars, and other networking events.

    + Collaborate with internal teams, including wealth management, compliance, and marketing, to deliver integrated client solutions.

    + Share knowledge and mentor junior team members to foster a high-performing and supportive work environment.

    + Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at enhancing the firm’s retirement services offerings.

    + Work closely with compliance and operations teams to ensure seamless plan administration.

    Technical ERISA Expertise

    + Provide technical expertise on ERISA regulations, plan design, and compliance requirements.

    + Stay up-to-date on legislative and regulatory changes impacting retirement plans.

    + Assist clients with fiduciary responsibilities, including plan governance, fee benchmarking, and vendor management.

    + Ensure all retirement plans adhere to applicable laws and industry standards, minimizing risk for clients and the firm.
