Technician - 1st Shift

Education:
+ Minimum – High School Diploma
+ Preferred – Vocational School Graduate
+ Preferred – Associates Degree or Certificate in Engineering Technology
Experience:
+ Minimum 5 years of technical or mechanical maintenance experience.
Duties:
+ Perform assembly and performance testing of electro-mechanical fluid control devices. Comply with essential procedures, blueprints, and associated schematics to ensure safety and quality of product.
+ Operate, develop, and maintain high pressure test systems, to include pneumatic, hydraulic, and calibration fluid test stands and pumps.
+ Conduct electrical testing and verifications utilizing various electronic testing devices.
Required Skills:
+ Experience analyzing blueprints and developing procedures.
+ Demonstrated ability to assemble electro-mechanical hardware.
+ Experience with high pressure testing with various fluids and gases.
+ Ability to conduct electrical tests including, dielectric and insulation resistance testing.
+ Experience soldering to Class B standards. Class A experience preferred.
+ Computer literacy, Microsoft office, word, and excel experience.
+ Experience operating in controlled clean-room environments.
+ Experience conducting clean-room particulate analysis and data collection.
+ Manufacturing processing experience or machining experience a plus.
+ Ability to operate diagnostic testing equipment: Oscilloscopes, Lab View, etc.
+ Ability to systematically troubleshoot and repair hardware.
+ Ability to lift/move up to 50lbs.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and enjoyable working environment.

+ Ability to collaborate in cross-functioning teams to meet customer expectations.
+ Ability to work independently, without direct supervision.
+ Willingness to train and mentor junior technicians.
+ Ability to travel 5% - 10% to local vendor locations
