    Graphic Design and Marketing Specialist

     

    Job Title: Graphic Design and Marketing Specialist

     

    Reports to: Marketing Manager

    Job Description:

    The Graphic Design and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating high-quality visual assets for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and print materials. This role ensures that all design elements align with the company’s brand identity and marketing strategies. In addition, the Specialist will collaborate with other team members to execute cohesive campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

     

    This is an in-office position during typical office hours; relocation assistance is not availble.  Nights and weekends are not required.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Create visually engaging designs for digital, print, social media, and e-commerce (myValley) platforms.

    + Develop graphics, illustrations, and layouts to support marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.

    + Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.

    + Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and CRM Marketing Specialist to align visuals with marketing strategies.

    + Assist in creating promotional videos, motion graphics, and other multimedia content as needed.

    + Manage the production and design of marketing materials for trade shows, events, and other promotional activities.

    + Stay up to date on design trends, and how our target audience and market and could respond.

    + Know current standards and guidelines for digital graphics, i.e.: web images, Meta platforms and adjust when they change.

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.

    + 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing team.

    + Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

    + Strong understanding of brand design, layout, and typography.

    + Desire to learn about and grow marketing knowledge and learn about strategic marketing approach.
