Full-Time Clinical Social Worker - Social Work

Reports To: Social Work Manager

Queens/Manhattan, New York

Responsibilities :

+ Provide individual and family counseling for patients and families

+ Conduct psychosocial assessment

+ Formulate and implement the intervention plan

+ Provide crisis intervention for patients who are in crisis

+ Provide intensive case management/care coordination service for patients with complex bio-psychosocial needs

+ Provide advocacy and referral service for patients

+ Supervise interns and volunteers

+ Complete documentations and reports

+ Attend case conferences, agency meetings and staff meetings

+ Conduct group/workshop for patients and the community

+ Participate in community outreach and marketing activities

+ Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications :

+ Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited social work school

+ New York State LMSW/LCSW License required

+ Basic CPR (BCLS) Certification required (Health Center will provide if needed)

+ Working experience in social services field preferred

+ Familiar with the Asian-American communities

+ Good verbal and written English skills

+ Bilingual in English/Chinese required

Compensation and Benefits :

+ Salary: $65,000.00 - 68,000.00 per year
