Overview
As a Senior Director of Product Management at Publicis Sapient, you will lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex, high-impact Marketing Transformation initiatives. You’ll help Fortune 500 clients modernize their marketing ecosystems by scaling AI/GenAI and data-powered MarTech and AdTech platforms, unlocking new value through intelligent automation, personalization, and customer insight.
Responsibilities
+ Lead strategic Marketing Transformation engagements for global enterprises, serving as a trusted advisor to CMOs, CDOs, and CIOs.
+ Define and evolve product strategies across CRM, CDP, Loyalty, AdTech, and MarTech domains leveraging platforms such as **Adobe Experience Cloud** , or equivalent
+ Translate vision into actionable roadmaps with clearly defined outcomes, KPIs, and prioritized capabilities. Drive alignment and decision-making with executive stakeholders
+ Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes to resolve ambiguity, build consensus, and communicate trade-offs effectively to both business and technical audiences.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams—strategists, architects, CX designers, data scientists, and engineers—to ensure alignment from strategy through execution.
+ Oversee platform direction across multiple releases and workstreams, with a focus on AI/GenAI enablement, data activation, and workflow automation.
+ Engage in technical discussions with engineering and architecture teams, bringing a solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, GenAI platforms, and model integration patterns.
+ Drive account growth by building long-term relationships, demonstrating value, and identifying new opportunities in partnership with capability and industry leaders.
+ Support business development through strategic pursuits, proposal development, and solution shaping.
+ Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, fostering a culture of continuous innovation, performance, and learning.
+ Bring market intelligence and emerging GenAI trends to clients, helping shape resilient, future-ready marketing platforms.
Qualifications
+ 12+ years of Product Management experience, including 5+ years leading MarTech, AdTech, or marketing transformation initiatives.
+ Deep knowledge of marketing technology ecosystems—CDPs, DMPs, ESPs, personalization engines, and measurement tools.
+ Hands-on experience with platforms such as Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Journey Optimizer (AJO), or their equivalents.
+ Proven experience with AI/ML-driven marketing solutions, including GenAI applications in content generation, campaign optimization, personalization, and decision intelligence.
+ Strong experience integrating marketing tech stacks, optimizing platforms, and managing vendor ecosystems.
+ Demonstrated expertise in AI- and GenAI-powered marketing—including applications in content generation, personalization, campaign optimization, and decision intelligence.
+ Familiarity with deploying GenAI models (e.g., LLMs) within enterprise platforms to enable scale, automation, and creativity.
+ Executive presence and experience managing relationships across senior client stakeholders in large, matrixed environments.
+ Exceptional storytelling and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect platform strategy to measurable business outcomes.
+ Financial fluency in building ROI models, KPIs, and business cases to support product investment decisions.
+ Experience managing globally distributed teams and navigating cross-cultural dynamics.
+ Inspirational change leader with the ability to drive transformation through influence, coaching, and vision.

**Pay Range:** $202,000 - $303,000
