    Overview

     

    As a Senior Digital Producer, you will be working with a team of expert developers, animators and deisgners to help bring the creative vision to life while managing costs, working with internal and external agency producers, producing schedules and adhering to deadlines. This person will work closely with the studio team to develop best in class creative for our digital and social display campaigns. All within scope, schedule and budget.

    Responsibilities

    + Managing the production of a range of digital campaign deliverables from start-to-finish

    + Partner and/or manage cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle of projects with a focus on project planning, prioritization, risk mitigation, quality control standards and successful delivery

    + Consistently and effectively work closely with multi-disciplined teams (Producers, Media, Creative, Graphic Artists & Developers) on assigned projects

    + Facilitate elements of campaign efforts through scheduling, discovery, defining project requirements, routing, legal, development, product reviews, QA, and launch prep

    + Develop and track various forms of project documentation including but not limited to request for proposals and SOW's (statement of work), in collaboration with the aforementoned teams.

    + Work with project leads and provide appropriate direction in all phases of project development

    + Act as an internal liaison; facilitating communication between Digital studio teams

    + Build and maintain strong creative partner relationships

    + Provide strategic guidance and practical solutions to overcome roadblocks and challenges

    + Work in an independent fashion to make decisions, solve problems, and communicate effectively in difficult situations

    + Identify and leverage technology as needed to meet project objectives

    + Be passionate about delivering the best creative, while finding ways of producing it on schedule and budget

    + Keep accurate timesheets and submitting them in a timely manner

    Qualifications

    Success for this position is measured by:

    + Production knowdledge of data driven dynamic banner campaigns

    + Success managing a development team on medium to high effort digital and social display projects

    + Demonstrating excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills

    + Experience working within Google DoubleClick ad serving platform

    + Maintaining knowledge and skills around technical and production disciplines

     

    The successful candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of previous digital production experience working on a full project lifecycle in social & digital initiatives. A BA or BS degree from accredited 4-year institution is preferred and previous agency or production vendor experience working with an automotive clients is a plus.

    Candidate experience should include:

    + Producing various types of digital marketing communications across multiple platforms (including digital display campaigns, responsive websites, social media content, etc.)

    + Digital online advertising ecosystem, including familiarity with production vendors, rich media publishers, and ad serving systems such as Google DoubleClick, FlashTalking, Innovid, and others.

    + Core project management methodology & tools (e.g. project initiation, planning, scoping, budgeting, scheduling, resource & issue management, kanban, scrum, JIRA, Asana, etc.).

    + Confidence with creative input and contribution

    + Proven success managing client requests and flawlessly implementing feedback

    + Familiarity with basic web programming languages (HTML, Javascript) and web design applications such as Photoshop

    + Ability to perform basic desktop and mobile browser QA and troubleshoot common issues in a development/staging environment

    + Familiarity with iOS, Android and common mobile devices and platforms

    + Knowledge of code development platforms, languages, content management systems (TeamSite or similar), and bug tracking systems

    + Executing strong attention to detail and prioritizing tasks and manage time effectively

    + Producing multiple production streams simultaneously

    + Successfully managing a high volume of assets through all phases of production

    + Delivering high quality products, in tight timelines, at scale

    + Communicating effectively, internally and externally, with strong presentation skills

    + Professional, friendly demeanor with demonstrated ability to work well with peers, make sound decisions, and appropriately respond to difficult situations

    + Technical orientation: love and comfort with tech, including consumer websites, website development, user interfaces, mobile and video game devices

    Compensation Range: $88,410.00 - $101,745.00 per year. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
