Summary

**Chenega Naswik International** is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team in the National Capital Region to manage and oversee a large, multi-site, armed security program for DoD.

_This position is contingent upon contract award_

Responsibilities

+ Manage the program to ensure achievement of objectives including customer satisfaction, contract compliance including the submittal of deliverables, and adherence to budget and work schedule.

+ Establish and maintain strong, cooperative and supportive business working relationships with customer stakeholders.

+ Manage compliance with collective bargaining agreements and maintain positive working relationships with organized labor

+ Adapt to and support changing requirements including heightened security conditions, emergent needs or special events

+ Maintain quality service delivery and favorable customer evaluations

+ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

+ Five years of recent experience in managing armed security forces across geographically disparate facilities

+ Must be a US Citizen

+ Active DoD TS clearance with SCI eligibility

+ An undergraduate or higher degree in management, business, security or a law enforcement related field is preferred.

_Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:_

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with government stakeholders, contracting staff, and team members

+ Strong leadership and organizational skills

+ Detailed knowledge of DoD Mission Assurance strategies and principles including Force Protection and Emergency Management

+ Exhibit strong leadership skills and build rapport with key stakeholders.
