HTC has a proprietary grants management software that is implemented across several state agencies in US. The ideal candidate would have a full life cycle hands-on experience in a business domain (preferably grants or finance) and thrives in a multi-tasking environment. The candidate would lead and contribute to product implementations to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and meet the quality requirements. The technical skills

+ Should have worked on a full life cycle implementation projects

+ Strong knowledge of Workflows, configurable applications, business rules set up

+ Hands-on approach who can independently manage and take full ownership of new program implementations

+ Should be proficient in conducting Requirements confirmation meetings and creating Configuration specifications

+ Proficient in Visio. Should be able to document process flows, swim lane diagrams, etc.

+ Experience in SQL; should be capable of writing complex SQL queries including stored procedures, functions, dynamic sql

+ Capable of system / regression testing

+ Prepare Training hand-outs, deliver formal classroom or online training

+ Good communication (oral and written) skills

+ Assist in pre-sales activities / presentations / demos to clients.

+ Experience in Finance, Accounting or Grants domains will be an added advantage.

+ Should have a Computer Science, Engineering or Science degree

+ Preference will be given to candidates who work of fixed price projects vs Time & Material engagements

+ Should be willing to re-locate (if not local) and work from our Troy, MI office 3 days a week

+ Should be a PMI certified PMP with an active PMP certification

+ Familiarity with .Net, .Net Core & Bootstrap desirable
