What you’ll do…

+ Supervise/Coach Safety, Quality and Productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work.

+ Manage and supervise all production activities according to production orders, inventory and delivery dates provided by suppliers.

+ Ensure the completion of production plans and the delivery of goods on time with high quality.

+ Oversee the formulation, revision inspection, supervision, control and implementation of management systems such as production, equipment optimization, safety inspection, environmental protection, and production statistics.

+ Drive to exceed personal, team, Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership.

+ Build strong interpersonal relationships and create a conducive work environment for teams to complete their assigned responsibilities / tasks.

+ Support Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) and coach problem resolution to the lowest level.

+ Ability to work various shifts and hours, including weekends.

You’ll have…

+ High School Diploma or equivalent

+ 1 year plus working experience in team management.

+ 1 year plus manufacturing supervisory experience.

+ 1 year plus automotive manufacturing and/or battery cell manufacturing.

+ Ability to travel extensively, including internationally

Even better, you may have…

+ Associate’s degree or above, preferred.

+ 1 year experience in a battery cell manufacturing environment.

+ 3 years manufacturing supervisory experience.

This position is a range of salary grades SG5-SG8.
