    Your new responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    + Packaging material management - 70%

    + Raw Materials Planning supporting manufacturing operations.

    + Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supply and minimize waste or obsolescence.

    + Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries and resolve supply issues.

    + Lead/support packaging project initiatives

    + Support audits and quality issues by providing necessary documentation and traceability.

    + Maintain accurate records in ERP/MRP systems.

    + Process Improvement - 15%

    + Analyze existing supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.

    + Implement process enhancements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

    + Collaborate with IT teams to enhance SAP functionalities.

    + Data Analysis and Reporting: 15%

    + Extract relevant data from SAP and other systems to generate reports.

    + Review key packaging material metrics (MoH, Safety stock, safety time).

    + Provide insights to drive continuous improvement.

     

    Who we are looking for

    Qualifications:

    + Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, supply planning, or procurement.

    + Proficiency in SAP is essential. Power BI or other system knowledge is a plus.

    + Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    + Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
