    Responsibilities

    + Lead system and hospital-level risk identification and mitigation efforts

    + Manage the litigation processes for lawsuits against Premier Health

    + Develop and maintain proactive risk management strategies

    + Consult on policy development, patient outcome disclosures, and event management

    + Master’s degree in a related healthcare or business field

    + Current Ohio Registered Nursing License

    + Certification in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) within 12 months of hire

    + 3-5 years of job-related experience with progressive management in healthcare

    + Preferred: Background in professional nursing law or insurance/claims

    + Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

    + Must live in the Dayton, Ohio area
