    Mark IV Enterprises is looking for a strong and reliable Field Operations specialist to help us with general duties at our residential apartment and commercial sites.

    Responsibilities :

    + Landscape / Hardscape installs

    + Gutter repair and cleaning

    + Concrete and brick repair

    + Light carpentry

    + Siding repairs

    + Operate bobcat

    Requirements: :

    + Experience with landscape and/or hardscape installations a plus

    + Experience with bobcat operation a plus

    + Ability to regularly lift a minimum of 60 pounds, shovel, rake and other landscape / hardscape tools

    + Ability to stand, walk, kneel, push, pull, and bend for the majority of the workday

    + Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team

    + Desire to learn new things and ability to follow directions

     

    The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $21.00 per hour. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for the role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    Schedule:

    + 8 hour shift 7:30 am to 4:00 pm

    + Day shift

    + Monday to Friday
