Job Description: Senior Manager – Product Management for Search & Findability
About Walmart Business Team:
The Walmart Business team is a newly created group designed to drive forward-thinking and innovative solutions for the future needs of our customers and business. This multi-billion-dollar venture leverages Walmart's existing assets, builds new capabilities, and lays the groundwork for a significant new business. We are looking to expand on B2B customer growth, focusing on Small Businesses, Non-Profits, and Government Agencies to drive a sizable new business.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a **Senior Manager, Product Management** to help execute a comprehensive product vision and roadmap, enhance the user experience, and work collaboratively toward a compelling MVP. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for solving business problems with innovative solutions. As an intrapreneur, you will have the unique opportunity to build something impactful from the ground up, backed by the strength and resources of Walmart, the world's largest omnichannel retailer. Our target customers include Small Businesses, Non-Profits, and Government Agencies.
Responsibilities:
You’ll make an impact by:
+ **Creating and designing products** that align with the purchasing requirements of Walmart Business target customers, including SMBs, enterprises, and public organizations.
+ **Implementing product vision and strategy** for this emerging business, leveraging expertise in ecommerce and eProcurement systems.
+ **Leading cross-functional teams** to develop and enhance software products. You will manage product roadmaps, drive product development, prioritize and manage backlogs, establish and measure performance by analyzing customer and product data, evaluate tradeoffs, and manage risks.
+ **Developing and enhancing findability of items** and solving interesting problems by helping business users find the right product at the right time with the least hassle, creating a seamless experience.
+ **Mastering the art of compelling user experiences** on both mobile and web to craft seamless multiuser, multi-device experiences.
+ **Crafting and developing solutions** to complex business challenges by translating business and customer needs to partners across strategy, design, engineering, and go-to-market teams, establishing a shared understanding of the product features and user experience that deliver the highest value.
+ **Acting with speed** by prioritizing workloads and navigating ambiguity to achieve the overall goal and product vision, given aggressive MVP launch ambitions. You will launch, learn, and iterate.
+ **Personalization** : We are looking for someone who delights in creating delightful experiences for the customers.
Qualifications:
We’re looking for a team player who is/has:
+ A strong communicator who can **evangelize product strategy and vision** .
+ Able to **translate product strategy into roadmaps** that drive results.
+ In-depth understanding of **multi-brand ecommerce marketplace** .
+ An innovative thinker able to **synthesize data from multiple sources** including analytics, user research, operations research, and design to identify key unmet needs and craft solutions.
+ An empathetic partner to customers, capable of identifying and articulating customer problems, proactively anticipating requirements, then influencing and guiding the team towards better outcomes.
+ Able to **prioritize effectively** , create efficient processes, and identify ways to improve product development for speed and efficiency.
+ 5+ years' experience in product management and leading teams to develop and deliver software/digital products.
+ Relevant experience developing products for **B2B markets** .
+ A **Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Engineering** .

Sunnyvale, California US-04396:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-09401:The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 9 years’ experience in product management. Option 2: 11 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 8 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, Supervisory experience, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart’s accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
