    The Brand Management team promotes and maintains the brand image at local, national or international levels. Coordinates marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising and promotion of the brand. Develops associated advertising campaigns for the brand.

    The Senior Brand Marketing Manager (JennAir) is a strategic leader responsible for driving brand growth and enhancing the customer experience through innovative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional cross-functional team leadership skills, a proven track record of process improvement, and a bold, forward-thinking mindset to dramatically evolve our brand leadership. Having product launch experience is a plus, as JennAir will relaunch its entire portfolio over the next 5 years.

     

    Join our team of passionate brand advocates and take ownership of the JennAir experience. As a Senior Brand Manager, you'll be at the forefront of driving brand growth, leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional brand experiences. This role encompasses the full spectrum of brand management, including:

     

    + Developing and executing innovative digital strategies.

    + Leading the creation of compelling creative assets.

    + Optimizing paid media campaigns.

    + Crafting impactful product launch stories.

    + Leading the budget of $10M+ Reimagine marketing focus shift to designers, architects, and builder channels.

    + Direct people leadership of 5 team members, in addition to external agency partners

     

    You'll be the champion for our shoppers, trade customers, designers, and builders, ensuring their needs are met at every stage. This is a unique opportunity to lead a prestigious brand and contribute to its growth and innovation in a dynamic industry.

    Your responsibilities will include

    + Lead and motivate a cross-functional team of marketing professionals, fostering collaboration and open communication to achieve shared goals.

    + Drive continuous improvement of marketing processes and systems, identifying inefficiencies and implementing streamlined solutions.

    + Develop and execute strategic marketing plans that align with the brand's vision, mission, and values, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.

    + Focus on the designer audience, understanding their needs, preferences, and pain points, and developing targeted marketing campaigns that resonate with them.

    + Collaborate closely with agency partners, providing clear direction and feedback to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

    + Monitor and evaluate marketing performance, analyzing data and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for optimization.

    + Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into marketing strategies.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams, external partners, and industry influencers.

    Minimum requirements

    + Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

    + Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, such as BU or consumer-focused brand/product marketing

    + Past leadership experience, including proven success in managing and developing a team

    Preferred skills and experiences

    + MBA

    + Firm grasp of marketing mix and processes, and a proven ability to develop briefs, delivering breakthrough results

    + Proven ability to uncover insights and develop recommendations grounded in those insights

    + Experience working cross-functionally and influencing others without direct authority

    + Demonstrated leadership experience in solving complex problems

    + An innovator's mindset with the ability to leverage data for action

    + Proven success working in a fast-paced, complex environment

    + Exceptional communicator with strong interpersonal skills

    + Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

    + Dynamic motivator/leader, relationship builder

    + Experience working with agencies and managing external partnerships

    + Proven track record of improving processes and implementing innovative solutions

    + Proven track record of product launch effectiveness thru strong strategy and storytelling

    + Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
