About the Team:

The Software/DevOps Team at Walmart/VIZIO is dedicated to building robust and scalable software solutions that drive our business forward. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will directly contribute to the success of our projects and overall company goals by delivering high-quality software and infrastructure solutions.

What You’ll Do:

+ Utilize Terraform to provision infrastructure resources.

+ Deploy and maintain server applications, ensuring high availability.

+ Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.

+ Implement automation processes using Jenkins and GitHub Actions.

+ Troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure performance.

+ Ensure security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

+ Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS services for scalable infrastructure.

What You’ll Bring:

+ Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, C++, or Go).

+ Strong experience with DevOps tools and technologies.

+ Expertise in infrastructure provisioning and server maintenance.

+ Knowledge of containerization technologies and cloud services.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

+ Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00
