    What You Will Do:

    + Use blueprints, sketches, computer-aided design (CAD) and work instructions to produce precision parts

    + Produce parts that meet required machine output specifications while maintaining high production rates

    + Perform precise measurements for cutting/shaping tasks

    + Monitor machine operation, troubleshoot, and appropriately adjust inputs to correct any issues outside specified tolerances

    + Operate CNC (Computer Numerical Control) Lathes/MCL (Material Control Lab) machines and/or other turning/cutting equipment.

    + 1st shift or 2nd shift (M-Thu) OR AWW1 or AWW2 (Fri-Sun) availability

    + Review and understand blueprints, drawings, and/or written instructions to understand the machine output specifications

    + Perform routine machine maintenance and repair minor damages.

    + Perform basic shop math, use precision measurement instruments and metrology tools.

    + Assist in the development of other team members.

    + Perform other duties as necessary to support the business needs

    + Comply with all environmental, health, and safety rules, procedures, and policies

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent

    + U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

    + Capability to perform basic math operations

    + Basic problem-solving skills

    **Qualifications We Value** :

    + 6 months manufacturing experience, technical training, military training experience, or completion of Certified Manufacturing Specialist Program

    + 1 year of CNC machine operator experience that would include, but not limit to retooling, minor maintenance, changeovers, and first article inspection.

    + Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals

    + Ability to use precision tools (e.g. calipers) to take accurate measurements

    + Experience with MS Office Suite

    This role is:

    **Onsite** : Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
