_Note: The hourly rate for this position is $30 - $38 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

+ Reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings

+ Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood

+ Assembling and installing framing structures

+ Installing windows, doors, and other fixtures

+ Ensuring work complies with building codes and safety regulations

+ Collaborating with other construction professionals

+ Supervising and coordinating teams

+ Performing other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ E-Verify: Must be eligible to work in the United States

+ Minimum 5 years of finish/rough commercial carpentry experience

+ Self sufficient and fully tooled in the trade

+ Strong scheduling and blueprint reading skills as well as knowledge of metal stud/wood framing, material management, metal doors, hardware install, drywall, trim, cabinets/counter tops, suspended grid, tile install, etc

+ Reliable transportation to and from job sites
