    Join our team as a full-time Housekeeping Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Housekeeping department, in order to provide a sanitary, safe and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.

    + Compensation: Starting at $65,000/annually based on experience

     

    How you will make an impact

     

    + Oversee the Housekeeping staff to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulation

    + Manage the scheduling of work assignments

    + Review and resolve complaints or concerns from residents, departments, and staff

    + Order supplies and equipment necessary to maintain the cleanliness of all facilities.

    + Ensure the clean, sanitary, and presentable appearance of our buildings within our gated community

     

    What you will need

     

    + Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental services (Housekeeping)

    + Previous experience in a leadership role preferred

    + Ability to lift 50 pounds, over 50 pounds must use the aid of a hand truck or get assistance, and move light furniture.
