As Program Manager I, you will manage and maintain programs within the Neonatology Division. Your efforts will focus on writing various scientific documents, including journals, reviews and manuscripts. You will also coordinate the annual Neonatology Conference in Orlando, ensuring the proper food, space and location reservations are in place. You will gain extensive experience in numerous avenues of research and infant medical conditions, such as chronic lung diseases, sepsis and more. Additionally, you can take advantage of the exciting opportunities to advance your skills through educational resources and virtual courses offered through Cleveland Clinic.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00AM - 4:30PM, with flexible start times available.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
+ Assist in the development and monitoring of department projects.
+ Participate in achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
+ Participate in preparing and completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing change.
+ Assist in meeting financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
+ Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
+ Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
+ Set and manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
+ Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.
+ Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Associate's Degree and one year of experience coordinating projects OR High School Diploma/GED and three years of experience OR Bachelor's Degree
+ Effective relationship building skills
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
+ Project Management (PMP) Certification
+ Scientific Writing Certifications

**Physical Requirements** :
+ Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
+ Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
+ Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
+ Ability to travel throughout the hospital system
+ Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $18.88
Maximum hourly: $28.80
