Summary:
We are seeking an experienced audience data leader to drive the adoption and continued high quality of data-driven marketing practices within Meta's Global Media Team. This is a unique opportunity to drive transformation in our audience data practices across Meta's portfolio of brands. This involves planning data-led audience strategies, database growth & enrichment, owning the process of implementation and optimization, and ensuring the health of the infrastructure in place to deliver these plans in a seamless, automated way.

Audience Data Lead Responsibilities:
1. Audience Data Management and Integration: Educate team members on evolving landscape of Programmatic and Audience Sales, define database data capture requirements with cross-functional touch points, lead master data and meta data management, and manage relationships with third-party data vendors. Develop roadmap for future opportunities.
2. Customer Data Platform (CDP) Expertise: Contribute to the overall product design and roadmap, collaborate with key stakeholders to ideate and launch new functionalities and feature enhancements aligned with product OKRs, and partner with stakeholders to identify and document needs for CDP implementation.
3. Audience Planning: Identify opportunities for data collection, value exchange, and 1st party data leverage across media planning, buying and measurement.
4. Audience Deployment and Optimization: Optimize audience testing plans, drive campaign performance based on agreed KPIs, pinpoint trends in data from various sources, and turn them into optimizations and/or actionable items.
5. Operational Health and Performance: Lead programmatic trading hub, ensure the health and performance of the programmatic platforms and offering as it relates to audience execution. Create and lead strategies related to reach, frequency and inventory quality for our campaign audiences.
6. Business Support: Support the business through data management and storytelling, including data collection, analysis, creation of presentations, and addressing questions from executive leadership.

7. Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience in media, digital, programmatic or performance marketing.
8. 12+ years of experience in media, digital, programmatic, performance marketing or similar, including experience in audience data or audience development.
9. Experience influencing at all levels of an organization, driving decision making and business impact.
10. Experience communicating with executive stakeholders, peers and agencies.
11. Experience managing relationships in a large, multinational, matrixed organization.
12. Experience with Customer Data Platforms, e.g. Adobe CDP, Salesforce Data Cloud, mParticle, Segment and and experience with onboarders, e.g. Live Ramp, TransUnion.
13. Experience in data management, including data mapping, governance, schema creation and customer data modeling.
14. Experience with various data sets to create media audiences, e.g. GWI, MRI and approaches to build audience segments and definitions.
15. Experience with project planning, forecasting demand and managing human resource accordingly.

Public Compensation:
$180,000/year to $252,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
