Job Overview:

Manufacturing Production Supervisor

_Location: 8900 Page Avenue, St. Louis, MO 63114 | Shift: 1st (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, Mon–Fri)_

Lead and manage production personnel across multiple high-speed packaging lines in a beverage manufacturing facility. Responsible for executing daily schedules, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Direct daily operations and personnel to meet production goals.

+ Ensure adherence to labor budgets, safety standards, and quality metrics.

+ Analyze production data to identify efficiency opportunities.

+ Recommend and implement long-term improvements (equipment, processes, materials).

+ Champion continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, and TPM methodologies.

+ Maintain accurate production documentation and reports.

+ Foster a positive, accountable team culture focused on trust, safety, and performance.

+ Ensure compliance with labor contracts and company policies.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).

+ Proven leadership in manufacturing or packaging environments.

+ Knowledge of Lean principles and CI tools.

+ Proficient in MS Office; SAP experience preferred.
