Guest Services Coordinator, Kohler Waters Spa

Opportunity

Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest. The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for meeting all Spa Receptionist & Spa Attendant requirements in addition to supervising the Spa Guest Service team.

Specific responsibilities include:

+ Responsible for providing feedback and re-training staff as needed to ensure Forbes 5-Star Hold staff accountable for all policies, procedures and SOPs

+ Property Management System super-user (and related systems) to correctly process transactions, complete orders, accurately book/edit spa treatments and efficiently managesystem to optimize spa bookings standards are being maintained by staff

+ Completes weekly City Ledger reconciliation

+ Maintain neatness, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.

+ Supervise team members to include, but not limited to, scheduling, training, providing performance reviews, assisting in the hiring process, and administering disciplinary actions when necessary.

+ Responsible for maintaining cash handling policies including change in the safe, cash recycler compliance, etc.

+ Knowledge of spa treatments, spa policies, spa amenities, food & beverage and overall resort options and ability to communicate with our guests

+ Receive guest feedback/complaints and resolve any guest/staff issues as they arise without supervision

+ Enforce spa policies (service requirements, age restrictions, guest behavior, etc.) with no supervision/support to maintain a relaxing spa atmosphere

+ Maintain facility safety, cleanliness and guest amenity standards with 20-minute walk throughs

This is a Full Time position, working weekdays & weekends with shifts primarily between 8:00am and 9:00pm.

Skills/Requirements

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ Prior customer service experience within a spa environment required

+ Prior experience in receiving/resolving guest experience issues

+ Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment

+ Strong detail-orientation

+ Ability to perform tasks requiring use of multiple computer/guest management systems
