Job Description
Summary:
Sprinklr is seeking a visionary and experienced Vice President, Business Intelligence to lead the evolution of our enterprise data and analytics capabilities. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this executive will be responsible for setting the vision and execution strategy for business intelligence across the organization—enabling data-driven decision-making that scales with our global growth and operational excellence.
This leader will oversee the end-to-end BI ecosystem, including enterprise data architecture, data governance, analytics tools, reporting platforms, and integrations with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, HCM, and across Sprinklr product platforms. The ideal candidate has a passion for turning data into insight, a strong command of enterprise systems in SaaS environments, and the ability to lead through influence and collaboration across all levels of the organization. The candidate will be enabler of AI-enabled Data-Driven automation, decision-making, and key contributor to world-class Employee Experience (EX) and Customer Experience (CX)
Key Responsibilities:
• Enterprise BI Strategy: Develop and lead the global strategy for Sprinklr’s BI and analytics functions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and IT objectives.
• Enterprise Systems Integration: Oversee the design, integration, and optimization of BI platforms with Sprinklr’s enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, NetSuite, and other core applications).
• Data Governance & Quality: Establish robust data governance practices that ensure data quality, consistency, security, and compliance across business functions and geographies.
• Analytics Leadership: Build out self-service analytics capabilities and empower teams with trusted data models, KPIs, and real-time insights to drive performance and innovation.
• AI DNA – leveraging meaningful and impactful AI-enabled automation and productivity enhancements
• Team Development: Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing global team of data engineers, BI developers, analysts, and solution architects.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and HR to understand analytical needs and deliver impactful solutions that inform strategic decisions.
• Technology Roadmap: Own the BI technology stack and roadmap—including tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, and AWS/Azure data services—and drive modernization and automation initiatives.
• Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvement in BI delivery processes, data pipeline efficiency, and enterprise system reporting capabilities to support business agility.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s degree or MBA strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in enterprise data management, BI, or enterprise systems; at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Deep expertise in business intelligence platforms, cloud data architecture, and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, HCM).
• Proven success implementing scalable BI and analytics strategies in high-growth, global software or SaaS companies.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to influence across functions and geographies.
• Demonstrated proof points of AI-enabled automation and productivity enhancements
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Snowflake, Power BI/Tableau, ETL tools, and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to translate complex data into business value.

Compensation Range
$215,000 - $286,000 - $358,000
The base salary range for this role at minimum, midpoint and maximum is shown above. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired close to or at the maximum of the salary range. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay also depends on the relative experience, knowledge, skills to our internal peers in the role. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklr’s discretionary bonus plan, commission plan and/or equity plan, depending on role.
US-based Sprinklr employees are eligible for a highly competitive benefits package as well, which demonstrates our commitment to our employees’ health, well-being, and financial protection.
