    What is Required?

     

    + Graduate of an accredited nursing school

    + Current state license as required by state or federal guidance

    + 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a home health care environment

    + 1 year of supervisory experience

    + Advanced clinical skills as defined by accepted clinical standards, including ability to manage patient care episodes, changes to plan of care, clinical evaluations, and recommendations

    + Ability to set objectives, assess staff competencies, allocate work, facilitate team alignment, and create a motivating, safe working environment

    + Ability to quickly become proficient in enterprise applications (HomeCare HomeBase, Workday, etc.) with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

    + Develop trusted relationships and networks, leverage personal networks, and relate across both supervisory and leadership levels

     

    You will report to the Area Vice President.
