Role Overview

As a Hospice Liaison, you will:

+ Educate healthcare professionals and families on the benefits of hospice care

+ Build and maintain professional referral relationships

+ Facilitate seamless care transitions by working with clinical teams

+ Represent Elara at community events and outreach efforts

+ Help patients and families access care that brings comfort and dignity

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred

+ Experience in medical sales, post-acute care, or DME preferred

+ Proven sales performance and ability to develop strategic relationships

+ Strong communication and problem-solving skills

+ Self-motivated with a team-oriented mindset

+ Valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and current auto insurance
