+ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field required

+ A combination of education, training and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

+ A minimum of 5 years' progressive experience in a related field required.

+ Experience creating logical design models.

+ Knowledge across the board on Windows Operating systems.

+ SCCM knowledge

+ Active Directory

+ Windows Server

+ Disaster Recovery

+ Backup Solution

+ Windows Scripting

+ LAN/WAN

+ Not necessary but nice to have:

+ Linux

+ VMWare/ VXRail

+ Storage & Backup

+ DBA (Database)

+ Field Support (EUC, Hardware, Desktop)

+ Strong knowledge designing, implementing, migrating, and troubleshooting.

+ Working technical knowledge of technology practices.

+ Post sales consulting experience strongly preferred.

+ Certifications at Associate or Professional level preferred.

+ Knowledge or experience with multiple technology disciplines is a plus.

+ Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

+ Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

+ Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.

+ Strong customer service orientation with proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.

+ Able to conduct research into networking issues and products as required.

+ Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative environment.

+ Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.

+ Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.

+ Travel up to 50% of the time.

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $80,000 to $95,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base salary.
