## **Job Summary**
The Talent Management Specialist will play a key role in enhancing our comprehensive talent and organizational strategies that help drive performance and engagement\. This role will help design and deliver engagement, performance, and retention strategies that align with strategic goals of the organization\. This position will collaborate with cross\-functional teams across our organization to shape and create positive outcomes that strengthen employee engagement and performance\.
## **Job Duties & Responsibilities**
+ Serve as process owner for our annual Talent Management processes to ensure alignment with overall organizational strategy
+ Demonstrate strong presence to lead development discussions and occasionally facilitate programs
+ Align and collaborate with HR colleagues and business leaders to conduct needs assessments to determine training requirements and design learning strategies that address specific organizational needs
+ Develop and create engaging, effective instructional materials and learning experiences using a variety of media and delivery methods
+ Implement instructional design models and best practices to develop curricula and training programs that effectively meet learning goals
+ Design and create multimedia learning resources, including interactive content, videos, simulations, and e\-learning modules
+ Partner with functional leaders and technical experts to develop petro\-technical specific training that enables operational excellence
+ Utilize learning management systems \(LMS\) to deploy and track training programs
+ Analyze and measure instructional effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and continuously improve training content
+ Support change management and culture\-building initiatives through targeted learning solutions and engagement programs
+ Integrate cultural values and organizational behaviors into learning and development strategies to support a high\-performance and inclusive workplace
+ Stay current on research and practices in learning and development and talent management solutions, applying relevant knowledge to improve learning outcomes
## **Job Specific Skills**
+ Expertise in instructional design principles, methodologies, and best practices
+ Proficient in using various multimedia and e\-learning development tools and platforms
+ Have experience developing, implementing, and facilitating content
+ Be a natural communicator, with an ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
+ Demonstrated ability to synthesize data from evaluations and other sources and make recommendations based on the data
+ Demonstrated experience in project management
+ Ability to collaborate with and influence others; providing thought leadership in learning and development strategies and solutions
## **Education**
Minimum: High school diploma or GED
Preferred: Bachelor’s degree \- from accredited university
Preferred: Master’s degree \- from accredited university \- Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Preferred: Other \- PHR/SPHR; CCP/CBP/GCCP/GCBP; CEP; CPLO
## **Experience**
Minimum: 5 \- 8 years related work experience
