    The **Systems Analyst - Dept Specialist** is responsible for:

    + Providing technical support for Information Technology-related issues within designated health system areas, ensuring efficient operations and resolving customer inquiries promptly.

    + Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of customer daily operations to deliver superior technical assistance, troubleshoot system/application issues, and offer tailored solutions.

    + Identify opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback, collaborating with teams to enhance systems and workflows.

    + Develop and maintain dashboards for clinical institutes, lab pharmacy supplies, and maintenance operations, while participating in project management activities from inception through to completion.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    Education

    Required - High school or Equivalent

     

    Preferred - Bachelors in Computer Science

    Experience

    Required - 2 years information technology or related field
