Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Monitoring & Performance Analytics
+ Develop and implement a standardized sales monitoring framework to track performance across sales teams.
+ Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to provide real-time visibility into sales effectiveness, pipeline health, and revenue performance.
+ Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
+ Lead and facilitate regular meetings with Finance, HR, Product Leaders, Sales Leaders, and Operations to ensure alignment on forecasting, goal setting, and sales planning.
Sales Enablement & Process Standardization
+ Drive consistency in sales methodologies (where applicable), tools, and Salesforce (etc.) usage to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Develop and manage sales playbooks, templates, and other resources to support deal execution.
+ Collaborate with Marketing to ensure sales teams have the right messaging, content, and competitive insights.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
+ Support to facilitate interactions between supported PMI groups and U.S. Bank owned distribution channels (ICG, BBRM, SBS, Branch)
+ Act as a liaison between Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations to streamline communication and execution.
+ Lead the adoption of sales technologies and tools, ensuring teams leverage them effectively.
+ Facilitate regular sales performance reviews and strategy sessions to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
+ Experience in sales support, sales enablement, or sales operations within a B2B environment.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in sales performance monitoring and reporting (CRM, BI tools, Excel, etc.).
+ Proven track record of implementing scalable processes and initiatives.
+ Experience working with multiple sales teams in a matrixed or high-growth environment.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Strong project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $164,390.00 - $193,400.00 - $212,740.00
