Job Description

The **Business Banking Deposits Project Analyst** must have a customer focused mindset with a passion for driving strategies to accelerate business deposits growth and stay one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs. Project Analysts at U.S. Bank are customer obsessed in driving planning, development, execution and a best-in-class customer experience to deliver on our human plus digital product strategy, staying one step ahead of evolving economic, technological, and customer needs.

Provides project and analytical support to assigned business line or functional area. Performs research, analysis, review, development, implementations, and monitoring of new and/or revised products/services. Acts as a project liaison with other departments. Analyzes current costs and estimates the cost or cost savings. Compiles and analyzes information for an assigned project or areas making recommendations based on findings. May supervise a team of project staff.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience

- Typically 10 or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

- Considerable knowledge of assigned business line or functional area

- Strong organizational and analytical skills

- Thorough knowledge of project management

- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data

- Demonstrated leadership skills

- Master's degree preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
