    Job Description

    This position is a service and support representative functioning as the primary contact between Private Wealth Management clients and U.S. Bank. Operating within delegated authority and established departmental guidelines, this role is responsible for handling day-to-day client inquires, transactions, wires, fraud, online banking, and issue resolution. This is a highly collaborative, team-based role that works closely with professionals across multiple disciplines within Private Wealth Management including – Banking, Consumer and Commercial Credit, Trusts, Investments and Treasury Management- to deliver a seamless, high touch client experience. We are seeking a service minded individual who is committed in exceeding clients’ expectations through proactive communication, expert problem solving, and attention to detail.

     

    Team members are expected to share client insights and collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for relationship growth. Through active listening and consistent relationship-building, the associate will develop a deep understanding of each client’s unique need, preferences, and account structures – enabling more personalized service and effective support, while maintaining a strong balance of compliance and operational efficiency.

    Basic Qualifications

    + Associate's degree, or equivalent work experience, OR

    + Five or more years of relevant experience

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    + Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

    + Proven customer service and problem resolution skills

    + Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications

    + Advanced knowledge of departmental and bank products and services

    + Sufficient understanding of departmental procedures and systems to operate with very limited supervision

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $22.50 - $30.00 - $33.00
