    Summary

    UES is seeking an Human Resources lfor our Southeast region (Alabama, Tennessee, and Georgia. This is a full-time position with regular office hours, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The position is hybrid based out of the Hiram, GA office. This position will help support the region's recruiting and human resources needs.

    Responsibilities

    + Build relationships with Southeast Region leadership team to understand current and future staffing needs.

    + Assistin source candidates through online channels, networking, and other creative methods.

    + Screen resumes andconductinitialinterviews to assess candidate qualifications and interest inavailable positions.

    + Maintainaccurateand up-to-date candidate records and recruitment metrics.

    + Schedule and attend job fairs.

    + Support recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed.

    + Assist in audits of the company systems.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Pay Range

    USD $41,600.00 - USD $52,000.00 /Yr.
