Replenishment Support Supervisor

Job Description:

The Replenishment Support Supervisor will direct the Replenishment Support Team and be a member of the Performance Foodservice Replenishment Support group with the Accounting and Finance team. This individual will report directly to the Manager of the Replenishment Support Team located at our La Crosse, WI Campus.

Position Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

+ Develop and document standardized procedures

+ Monitor workload assignments for the team

+ Play an integral role in recruitment and selection

+ Provide opportunities that allow for employee growth and development

+ Utilize goal/objective setting and measurement processes to drive employee development

+ Facilitate continuous development of the department through key metrics

+ Foster an environment that maximizes individual potential and values collective results

+ Ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order processing, analysis, reporting, and internal controls

+ Streamline processes and procedures working with our demand forecasting software.

+ Partner with local buying groups throughout the country to better service their needs.

+ Oversee processing of purchase orders as well ask reporting key performance indicators to several internal customers.

+ Assist in conversion due diligence and integration

+ Travel required

+ Any other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED with 4+ years of related experience

Proficient with all Microsoft Office Suites

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to prioritize and work on concurrent projects

Ability to work with large amounts of computer data

The ability to lead others while fostering a culture of inclusion and positivity.

Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills

Effective communication skills – oral, written and presentation.
