    Salary Range:17.00 To 19.00 (USD) Hourly

    Overview:

    The Security Guard at Cooperstown All Star Village is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for youth players, guests, and staff. Typical duties include onsite monitoring of the premises, enforcing safety and security procedures, and responding to security incidents.

    Responsibilities:

    + Patrolling and monitoring activities on the company’s premises regularly to discourage criminals and ensure the environment is safe and secure.

    + Provide conflict resolution for incidents that happen on the company’s premises.

    + ??Physical security and personnel security knowledge.

    + ??Investigates reports of suspicious activity on the property.

    + Using communication devices such as two-way radios in a clear and concise manner.

    + Performs other related duties as assigned.

    Qualifications:

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    + Excellent communication skills.

    + Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions.

    + ??Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.

    Preferred:

    + Additional security or law enforcement training preferred.

    + Experience in private security preferred.

    Physical Requirements:

    + May be exposed to extreme temperatures.

    + Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
