Salary Range:18.00 To 20.00 (USD) Hourly

Summary:

As a Concessions Shift Lead, you will be working under the direction of the Concessions Manager. Your duties will range from checkout, stocking and organizing, inventory, cleaning, cooking and providing world class customer service to our teams and families that enter our complex.

Responsibilities:

+ Ring in sales and assist customers in one of our several concessions areas.

+ Prepare food orders in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment.

+ Organize shelves and displays to be more appealing to staff and customers.

+ Receive and store all food and beverage inventory in proper, food safe, areas.

+ Complete daily and monthly inventory of all food and beverage items as well as rotating stock.

+ Manage and maintain daily sales and reports.

+ Become adaptable to work environment with the variety of concessions stands we offer.

+ Ensure compliance with Dept of Labor, DHEC and OSHA standards.

+ Maintain a clean, sanitary environment within concession stands, dining areas, and workspaces.

+ Routinely clean, disinfect, and polish displays in the workspace.

Qualifications:

+ High School Diploma/GED or currently attending high school.

+ 1-3 years food and beverage work experience preferred.

+ Ability to work during the day or evening as determined by supervisor.

+ Work flexible schedule based on the needs of the business.

+ Ability to handle multitask.

+ Good verbal and written communication skills.

+ Positive and effective leadership and customer service skills.

+ Ability to work in a team environment.

+ Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.

Special Physical Requirements of the Job/Working Conditions:

+ Routinely required to work extended hours of time including weekdays/nights, and weekends.

+ Must be able to move quickly to assist customers, reach for high placed boxes and items, handle or feel objects or controls, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and climb stairs.

+ Routinely lift or move up to 50 pounds.

+ Stand for long periods of time.

+ Routinely exposed to extreme hot/cold weather conditions, dust and particles, and loud noises.
